Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing at any time by emailing contact@coretxt.cc.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and your new plan limits apply right away.

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to your current plan until then.

Switching from monthly to annual can be done at any time. Your annual plan begins immediately, and any unused monthly balance is credited toward the annual payment where possible.

Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at your next annual renewal date. Your annual plan remains active until the end of the paid annual term.

Annual billing includes 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of monitoring. Annual Pro and Agency plans also include one Deep Audit at onboarding.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider.

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for CoreTxt subscriptions. This means Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection where applicable, receipts, and billing support. CoreTxt does not store your full card details.

You will receive an automatic receipt from Paddle after checkout. If you need a formal invoice for your records, contact us at contact@coretxt.cc and we will help you obtain one.

Agency customers and companies that require purchase orders, net-terms invoicing, or annual invoicing can contact us before subscribing, and we will confirm the available arrangement.

Onboarding is simple and fully handled by email. No dashboard or software setup is required.

1. Complete checkout. After subscribing, you will receive a welcome email with the next steps.
2. Send us your brand details. Reply with your business name, website URL, service area or target market, industry, and main services.
3. Confirm your monitoring prompts. We send recommended customer-style questions based on your business. You can approve them as-is or request changes and additions.
4. We run your baseline scan. For annual Pro and Agency plans, this includes your included Deep Audit.
5. Receive your report by email. You will receive your initial AI visibility results, priority findings, and recommended next actions as a PDF report.
6. Receive ongoing reports. Your approved prompts are re-run every two weeks, and each month we email your intelligence report with updated results, trends, and recommendations.

Most customers can complete onboarding in minutes. Deep Audit reports are typically delivered within 1 day after we receive the required brand information.

Yes. CoreTxt collects only the information needed to run your AI visibility audits and monitoring.

We use your business details, website, service area, prompts, and audit results to deliver your reports, improve the accuracy of your monitoring, and provide support. We do not sell your personal or business data.

Your information is protected through encrypted connections, access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure. Payments and billing information are handled securely by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record.

We retain your reports and account details while your subscription is active so you can track progress over time. After cancellation, you may request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and billing-record retention requirements.

Usually, yes. If all locations operate under the same brand, website, and core service offering, they can be monitored as one brand.

For example, a dental group with five offices under one brand can normally be tracked as a single CoreTxt brand. We can also include location-specific prompts where relevant.

You may need an additional brand or an upgrade if:

• Each location operates under a separate brand name.
• Locations have substantially different websites, service areas, or customer audiences.
• You are an agency monitoring multiple client brands.

The Agency plan supports up to 10 brands, making it the right option for multi-brand organizations and marketing agencies.

Yes. CoreTxt is email-based, so there are no separate user logins to manage. We can send reports and updates to multiple team members by adding their email addresses to your report distribution list.

• Starter: reports can be sent to your core team.
• Pro: suitable for marketing and operations teams that need shared reporting.
• Agency: supports distribution to multiple team members and client stakeholders.

Email contact@coretxt.cc with the addresses you want included, and we will add them to your distribution list.

If you cancel, your subscription and recurring monitoring stop at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your account.

You will continue to receive reports until the end of your paid billing period. We recommend saving any PDF reports you want to retain before that date.

After the billing period ends:

• Your monitoring prompts stop running.
• No further reports are emailed.
• Your account and report history are retained for a limited grace period, then deleted in line with our data-retention policy.
• You can request copies of previous reports during the grace period by emailing us.

If you reactivate later, we can restart monitoring, but the availability of historical reports may depend on how long your account remained inactive.
